Complaints & Returns

All complaints or returns can be addressed by sending an email to contact@aboutflavors.com within 24 hours upon arrival of your order. All possible remedies shall be taken into consideration within 30 days of purchase in order to arrive at a resolution. In case of an approved return, the costs accompanying the return shall be shouldered by the customer. However, there are items that cannot be returned:

  • Items that are not in their original condition and / or packaging.
  • Items that have been used

Returned Shipments by Failure

All shipments are fully insured and shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. In the event that a shipment is held at a local depot or collection point, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for timely collection. Should a shipment be returned to us due to non-collection, failed delivery, or in the absence of any prior written instructions or communication from the customer, no refund or reimbursement shall be issued.
